Shipping

  • We work from the studio everyday except Tuesday - your order will sent to you the day following your purchase.
  • Joeys Mom uses Australia Post at a flat rate of $9.50 Australia Wide / $13 Express.
  • Flat rate of $30 AUD shipping for international orders * extra weight charges apply.

Returns And Exchanges

  • IRIS SEVEN happily exchanges within 14days. We are happy to offer Store Credit however we do not issue refunds for change of mind. Read our notes on the nature of vintage below before making your purchase.
  • Please reach out via the contact form in the next tab if you would like extra images or measurements of garments before making your purchase. 

Wear + Return

  • If you wish to return your epic vintage piece to us after you've taken it for a little spin we buy back at 30% Store Credit. Garment must pass quality inspection before making its way back to us!

Please note that vintage sizing can vary and we aim to give you the best modern day size conversion. The below chart is an approximate size guide to help you understand our labelling.

Our pieces will be listed in Australian sizes and the models size will also be noted. Keep an eye out for notes where some pieces are clipped for photographing purposes.
